Evercare hospital’s awareness rally on diabetes

Evercare Hospital Dhaka successfully organised a community awareness rally on World Diabetes Day, aimed at educating the public on diabetes prevention, early detection, and effective long-term management.

The event brought together healthcare professionals and hospital staff to promote healthier lifestyles and raise awareness about diabetes risk factors.

The rally, held under the theme “Diabetes in the workplace”, started from the hospital’s main entrance and included educational activities, poster displays and interactive counselling sessions conducted by the hospital’s Diabetology and Endocrinology experts, says a press release.
Among the distinguished guests present at the rally were Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Sarker, Coordinator and Senior Consultant, Diabetology and Endocrinology; Dr. Ahsanul Haq Amin, Senior Consultant, Diabetology & Endocrinology; Dr. Nazmul Islam, Senior Consultant, Diabetology & Endocrinology; and Dr. Fahmida Zabeen, Senior Consultant, Paediatrics and Neonatology. Hospital leadership, including Dr. Ratnadeep Chaskar, CEO & Managing Director.

Evercare Hospitals, Bangladesh, and Dr. Arif Mahmud, Group Medical Director, Evercare Hospitals, Bangladesh also attended the rally to show their support and engage with participants.
