Standard Bank appoints Mohammad Kaiser as head of HR

Standard Bank PLC has appointed Mr. Mohammad Kaiser Alam Mozumder as the new Head of its Human Resources Division.

Mr. Kaiser brings over 19 years of experience in Human Resources Management, having started his career at Eastern Bank and subsequently serving at several leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh. Before joining Standard Bank, he was Executive Vice President and Head of the HR Division at The Premier Bank,according to a press release.

He holds an MA and MBA in Human Resource Management, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM and a Diploma in Social Compliance from BIM. Additionally, he has participated in multiple international training programs on HR management and leadership.
Standard Bank expressed confidence that Mr. Kaiser’s expertise and leadership will strengthen its human resources function and contribute to the bank’s continued growth and operational excellence.
