NISCHA’s newly formed committee inaugurated in Joypurhat

The newly formed committee of the Joypurhat district branch of the Safe Roads Initiative (NISCHA) has been inaugurated. Md. Nur-e-Alam Hossain, president of NISCHA’s Joypurhat district branch, presided over the inauguration ceremony at the Sadar Upazila Parishad auditorium yesterday afternoon.

The event was moderated by the organization’s general secretary Ismail Hossain, with Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Bipul Kumar speaking as the chief guest. At the event, the chief guest and invited guests handed over the organization’s ID cards to the newly formed committee members.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Md. Al Mamun, Additional Superintendent of Police Md. Arif Hossain, District BNP Convener Golzar Hossain, Former President of District Chamber of Commerce Anorul Haque Anu, Inspector of Joypurhat BRTA Ramkrishna Poddar, Member of BISCHA Advisory Board Mahbub Hafiz, Assistant Secretary of District Jamaat Hasibul Alam Liton, Joint Coordinator of NCP Joypurhat District Omar Ali Babu and General Secretary of Red Crescent Society Joypurhat Unit Minhajul Islam Manik were present as special guests at the time.

At the beginning of the program, all the members of NISCHA gathered at the Upazila Parishad auditorium with a colorful rally from Shaheed Dr. Abul Kashem Maidan.
