Hossain also emphasized the need for collaborative efforts and government support to elevate the country’s BPO sector on the global stage.

“Improved national branding and strategic investments in talent can unlock enormous global opportunities. The government is already taking steps in this direction, and companies like ours are ready to contribute,” he added.
