Tabith Awal meets Hamza Choudhury

President of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) Tabith Mohammed Awal met Hamza Choudhury on Wednesday night at Leicester City in England.

Tabith watched the English Premier League match between Leicester City Football Club and Crystal Palace at the King Power Stadium in Leicester City of England. The BCB boss accompanied with the family of Hamza Choudhury to watch the match. Hamza Choudhury plays for Leicester City Football Club in the English Premier League. Member of the Executive Committee of BFF Imtiaz Hamid Sabuj was also with BFF President.

After the match, Tabith Mohammed Awal took part in a dinner with Hamza Choudhury at a Leicester City Hotel on the same day.

Hamza Choudhury expressed his eagerness to play for Bangladesh National Football team. The 27-year Bangladeshi origin midfielder plays regularly in English Premier League.

The Asian Cup qualifiers match between Bangladesh National Football team and India National Football team is scheduled to be held on March 25.

If the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) approves, the Asian Cup qualifiers match between Bangladesh and India could take place at Shillong in Meghalaya of India.

Hamza’s debut for Bangladesh could occur in this historic fixture.
