Sylhet orphans get free foods

On the occasion of holy month of Ramadan, Lions Club of Sylhet Surma distributed cooked food to orphan children at Chotmani Nibas, Baghbari in the Sylhet city on Sunday.

President of Lions Club of Sylhet Surma, Lion Khairunnessha Shelli, Lion Babli Chowdhury, Lion Achma Kamran, Lion Achia Khanam Shikder, Lion Sajeda Parveen and Deputy Superintendent of Chhotamani Nivas Sylhet Lucky Purkayastha spoke at the event. Club president Lion Khairunnecha Shelly distributed cooked food among the orphans.

Speakers in the event said that the Lions Club of Sylhet Surma is working tirelessly for the welfare of orphans and to bring smiles to their faces.

During any calamity in the country including floods, corona, Lion leaders stand by the people with cooperation. In continuation of that, cooked food has been distributed to orphans on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
