Four years old child beaten to death in Jashore

A four years old child was beaten to death in Kharki Bamanpara of Jashore Town on Saturday (13 Jan ) afternoon.
Police have arrested the child’s father and stepmother on the charge of murder. The deceased is Ayesha Mariam 4 daughter of Pintu Mia of Kharki Bamanpara area of the town.
Neighbor A Rahima said, Ayesha’s father Pintu Mia is a dyer by profession. Pintu Mia leaves home every morning for work.
On this occasion, her stepmother Parveen Khatun has been beating Ayesha for the past four days.
Child Ayesha was seriously beaten by her stepmother on Saturday.
After one stage of beating Ayesha lost consciousness and fell on the ground.
Later local residents rescued and took her to Jashore General Hospital where the doctor on duty declared her dead.
The victim Aisha’s had injury marks on her body.
On receiving the news, the police arrested her stepmother Parveen and father Pintu Mia and brought them to the police station.
Detainee Parveen had a daughter during her marriage with her first husband. Currently the girl age is 9 years old.
But her first husband got divorced from Parveen as he had an adulterous marriage with another girl. Parveen was married to Pintu for the second time a year ago. Ayesha’s father Pintu Mia said that her home is in Chandpur district.
