Federal Insurance holds 38th AGM

The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Federal Insurance PLC was held on a digital platform recently.

Enamul Hoq, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. The shareholders unanimously approved the company’s annual accounts for 2025 and 10pc cash dividend in the meeting.

Vice Chairman Elias Siddiquee, Chairman of the Executive Committee Jainul Abedin Jamal, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee Md. Gias Uddin, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Policyholder Protection & Compliance Committee.

Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, Chairman of the Investment Committee Abeda Akhter, Directors Morshedul Shafi, Khadizatul Anwar.

Tahreer Nawaz, Towfiqul Islam Chowdhury, Towhidul Alam, Mamtaj Begum, Rakibul Haque, Hasina Banu, Abrarul Haque and Jia Uddin, Alternate Directors Syed Amjad Hossain and Rasheda Begum, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director AMM Mohiuddin Chowdhury and CFO Masud Hossain were present at the meeting.
