Mercantile Bank distributes blanket in Sylhet

Mercantile Bank PLC distributed blanket in Sylhet among the cold people of about 500 Dalit communities in front of the City Corporation office on Friday. Sylhet City Mayor Anwaruzzaman Chowdhury was present as the chief guest. The blanket distribution ceremony was presided over by Mercantile Bank Vice President Debjyoti Majumder Ratan. Panel Mayor of Sylhet City Corporation and Ward No. 9 Councilor Alhaj Mukhlishur Rahman Kamran were present as special guests, Chief Waste Management Officer of Sylhet City Corporation, Lt. Col. (Retd.) Mohammad Ekalim Abdin, Mercantile Bank Subidbazar Branch Head VP Rezaul Haque Chowdhury, Bianibazar Branch FAVP and Branch Head Badrul Islam, among others, were present. Goalabazar branch principal officer and branch head Sakhawat Hossain Ibn Ahad, were present at the time. Md. Zillur Rahman Zillu along with various officials also attended here.
