Sayduzzaman made acting MD of PFIL

Mohammad Sayduzzaman, has recently been made the Managing Director (Current Charge) of the Phoenix Finance and Investments Limited (PFIL) with effect from January 01, 2024.

Prior to his new assignment, he was Deputy Managing Director and Senior Executive Vice president of the company, said a press release.

He Joined the Company in August 2005 as Assistant Vice President.

He obtained Masters Degree in Accounting from Jagannath University, Dhaka.

He is a Fellow Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).

Enlightened with a solid Professional background, Sayduzzaman worked as the Company Secretary and Chief Accountant with Insurance and Manufacturing Companies.

He participated in a number of Professional Training, Seminar, workshop and Symposium.
