This time Shoshee in Bengali dubbing of foreign TV series

Sheikh Arif Bulbon :
For a long time, popular foreign TV series on Bangladeshi TV channels are being dubbed in Bengali and broadcast on various channels.
Some series are popular and some series are not interested in watching. In this case, just as the story is an important thing, in this case, Bengali dubbing is also a very important thing.
Many professional artistes of our country have now taken Bengali dubbing as a regular profession. Some people have also found it quite enjoyable to do Bengali dubbing of foreign series as a spare time job. This is the first time popular drama actress Sharmin Zoha Shoshee has joined the Bengali dubbing of a foreign TV series.
Shoshee said that the popular South Korean TV series titled ‘Reply 1988’ has been dubbed into Bengali by SRK studio. The Bengali version of this series will be aired on Bioscope in the second week of January or at the end.
The series was written by Lee Woo-Jung and directed by Shin Won-Ho.
The main character of this series is Duk Son. Shoshee has dubbed the character of Duk Son’s matured age. This is the first time Shoshee has dubbed a foreign series in Bengali.
Basically Shoshee is very excited about dubbing in Bengali. While sharing her feelings in this regard, the actress told this correspondent, “While dubbing in Bengali, I was really getting very emotional. Since this series has been named ‘Amader Shoishob’ (Our Childhood), actually, while dubbing, I kept going back to my childhood. Here I specifically want to say, the way foreign serials or movies are dubbed in Bengali, Shiplu Bhai or Ovi Bhai has come out of that trend and the dialogues of the series have been done exactly as it could be if they were said in Bengali.”
“By doing that, the audience of Bangladesh can be completely related to the story of the series. I strongly believe that this series will get a huge response because already a group is eagerly waiting to watch the Bengali dubbing of this series.”
Meanwhile, Shoshee said that she is going to start working on a new drama for Bangladesh Television (BTV) from January 11.
