FBCCI contributed well keeping business stable: Dr Sadi-uz-Zaman

Dr. Md. Sadi-uz-Zaman is a honest and brilliant entrepreneur. He has virtues of leadership and innovations.
Dr. Sadi-uz-Zaman is Managing Director of Notundhara Assets Limited and Notundhara Group.
He is a Member of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers and Commerce and Industries (FBCCI), nominated by Bangladesh Land Developers Associations.
Dr. Sadi-uz-Zaman achieved Professional Doctoral Degree (PhD) from European International University, (EIU) Paris, France on Real Estate Management as a first Bangladeshi.
The university has uploaded Dr. Sadi-uz-Zaman’s special feature on its website which holds Bangladesh in an unparalleled altitude.
Later, he served as general manager (GM) of US-Bangla group only at his 27.
He had worked for different famous companies in the real estate sector for a long period.
With 20 years of experiences, Dr. Md. Sadi-uz-Zaman held the positions of chief adviser and adviser in different renowned real estate companies.
In continuation of his pursuit theses pace, Dr. Md. Sadi-uz-Zaman established international standard Notundhara Assets Limited jointly with other entrepreneurs.
Notundhara Assets Ltd is a certified company with all necessary departments and offices like environment and the Deputy Commissioners.
Dr. Sadi-uz-Zaman appreciated the role of the FBCCI for its successful efforts of recovering the post covid pandemic challenges in economic sector in Bangladesh while talking with journalists recently.
Praising almighty Allah, Dr. Sadi-uz-Zaman said, the FBCCI has become the driving power of the country’s economy.
Replying to a query, this business icon said that Notundhara Assets Ltd has contributed enough in the real estate sector in the country.
He said, in present, the demands of flats are huge.
“We are constructing new flats. There are few flats are remaining unsold now as the demand is high in the present time,” he said.
Notundhara Assest’s MD said also that the prices of the construction materials have been increased now so the construction costs also become high now.
He said that the future of the real estate business in Dhaka depend on the proposed Details Area Plan (DAP) mostly.
The business men in housing sector think that it could not say that where the flat prices will be reached after implementing the DAP.
They said that if the DAP implemented without reforming or changing no one but the rich people could buy flats.
They urgently requested the authority to bring necessary change in the DAP.
Replying to another question, Dr. Sadi-uz-Zaman said underconstruction 100 Economic Zones would be enviroment friendly as per the directions of the Prime Minister.
He also praised the consturction work of historic Padma Bridge saying it has brought a revoulutionary change in communications in the country.
