There are 4 separate buildings in the Cooperative Bhawan Market. Which are built in different years.
The first building was constructed in 1964-1965, later in 1982-1983 and 1985-1986 and the last building was constructed in 1995-1996.
Each building was supposed to be 5 storeys high, but 2 were built up to 2 storeys and 2 up to 3 storeys.
Note that two buildings have completed 37 years and 1 building has completed 27 years but none of these buildings have completed 90 or 100 years. There is no technical report for the remaining 3 buildings except one.
