Body of missing fisherman found in Nikli

The Fire Service rescue team was recovered the body of Kanchan Mia (45), a fisherman who went missing in a collision between two fishing boats in Nikli of Kishoreganj. His body was recovered around on Wednesday.

Before this, the incident took place in the Rodar Pudda area of Nikli haor upazila on early Wednesday. Victim Kanchan Mia is the son of Sadhan Miah.

Fire Service Station Officer in Kishoreganj, Abujar Giffari confirmed this information to the New Nation.

He also said that a fisherman fell into the water in a collision between two boats in the Rodar Pudda area of Nikli upazila after fishing from Haor .

A diving team of Kishoreganj Fire Service conducted a rescue operation to rescue him. Finally, his body was recovered.
