A new militant outfit-‘Tawheed Al-Uluhiyyah’ (Al-Jihadi)- has been discovered in the country. The group has been carrying out its organisational activities for the last 2-3 months.
The militant organisation has a plan to conduct major terror attacks in the country next year.

The other two have been identified as Md. Rahul Hossain (21) and Md. Ghaziul Islam (40).
The ATU has arrested them from different areas of the country in the last three days.
DIG (Operations) of the ATU Abdul Alim Mahmud revealed this to media at a press briefing at the ATU Headquarters in the city on Saturday afternoon.
According to the press briefing, the ATU members arrested Jewel from Bagerhat, Rahul from Joypurhat and Gaziul Islam from the capital after conducting several drives from September 13.
Jewel was the chief of the new outfit while two others were the outfit’s top leaders.
“The members of the organisation had a plan to carry out major terror attacks in the country in 2024,” said the DIG.
“We came to know that the outfit has so far 80-90 members. We are yet to know about the real financer of the outfit,” he added.
