Shahid Captain M Mansur Ali Foundation paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing a wreath at his mausoleum at Tungipara in Gopalganj.

Executive members of the foundation led by its Chairman Shehrin Selim Ripon, and its General Secretary Advocate Mujibur Rahman placed a floral wreath at the mausoleum of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman recently and stood in solemn silence for some time as a mark of profound respect to the memory of the architect of Bangladesh’s independence.

M. Mohammad Rezaul Karim, son of Mansur Ali, Sirajganj Sadar upazila and Kazipur upazila Awami League leaders and activists, among others, were present.

A special doa was offered seeking eternal peace of Bangabandhu and other martyrs of the August 15, 1975 carnage as well as martyrs of the War of Liberation.

A special prayer was also offered wishing for longevity of the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her family members.

Foundation Chairman Shehrin Selim Ripon signed the visitors’ book there.
