28th National School Handball begins today

The Polar Ice Cream 28th National School Handball (Boys’ & Girls’) Tournament will begin at the Shaheed Captain M Mansur Ali National Handball Stadium today in the city, said a press release.

Dhaka Ice Cream Limited Chief Executive Officer Shah Masud Imam will formally inaugurate the meet as the chief guest.

Bangladesh Handball Federation’s General Secretary Asaduzzaman Kohinoor will preside over the opening ceremony.

Twenty four teams, split into eight groups, will compete in the Boys’ section, while 19 teams, divided in six groups, will take part in the Girls’ section.
