The AGM approved 2 percent cash dividend to the shareholders (except previous sponsors and directors holding 30.45% shares) for the year 30th June 2022. Independent Directors Professor Dr. Prashanta Kumar Banerjee, Dr. Santus Kumar Deb, Md. Liakot Hossain Moral, Mohammad Golam Sarwar, Shahinoor Khanum, and Directors nominated by Minori Bangladesh Limited. Md. Nasir Sikder, Mohammad Murad Hossain and Md.
