Shamsul Huda made CEO of SBIL

Md. Shamsul Huda has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sonar Bangla Insurance Limited (SBIL). Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Md. Shamsul Huda has 34 years of experience in Non-Life Insurance Companies. He also served in Global Insurance, Peoples Insurance and Nitol Insurance Company. Before joining in Sonar Bangla Insurance Ltd. lastly he has served in Global Insurance Company Ltd. as Additional Managing Director. Mr. Md. Shamsul Huda is BSS (Honours), MSS in Economics from Dhaka University and he also obtained BIA Diploma in Insurance from Bangladesh Insurance Academy. He was born in a renowned Muslim family in Satura Sharif Village of Akhaura Upazila of Brahmanbaria District, said a press release.
