SKorean FA assures to give support to develop Bangladesh’s football

President of South Korean Football Association (FA) Mong Gyu Chung assured yesterday (Saturday) that South Korea would give support to Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) for the development of Bangladesh’s football.
He spoke at a press conference at the conference room of BFF House on Saturday. President of Bangladesh Football Federation Kazi Salahuddin, Vice-President of South Korean Football Association Dong Dae Kim, Vice-President of BFF Tabith Awal, President of Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club and President of District Football Association (DFA) Manzoor Kader, Director of Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Captain (Retd) Mahbubul Matin, General Secretary of BFF Md Abu Nayeem Shohag also spoke at the conference.
Salahuddin said, ” I hope the South Korean delegation will get a memorable time as Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club will play against Busan I’ Park, the top team of Korean Football League. We are not a football power. South Korea are football powerhouse. We are walking before running. I hope South Korea will invite our national team or club teams to play friendly matches, which will help us for the development of Bangladesh’s football.”
Mong Gyu Chung said, ” I am excited to come here. There is a good friendship between Bangladesh and Korea. South Korea played in the last eight consecutive editions of World Cup. We will share with Bangladesh in the club level and national level for the development of Bangladesh’s football.”
Manzoor Kader said, “Today is a memorable day. Busan I’ Park will play against Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club today.”
