FENI : Some 13 rickshaws were handed over to a total of 13 beggars in Fulgazi upazila on under the ‘Beggar Rehabilitation and Alternative Employment’ programme of the Directorate of Social Services on Monday. Abu Salim Mahmud-ul Hasan, DC was present as the chief guest. Fulgazi Upazila Parishad Chairman Abdul Alim Majumder was present as a special guest.
