Platinum Jubilee of Church of God High School held

Church of God High School, a traditional educational institution of Lalmonirhat held its platinum jubilee on Saturday.
On this occasion,DC Abu Zafar was the chief guest at the opening ceremony at the school premises, Superintendent of Police Mohammad Saiful Islam, General Director of Church of God Ministry of Gebal Statistics Rev. James Donald (Jim) Laing, Asia Pacific Regional Coordinator Rev. Donald Armstrong, Lalmonirhat were the special guests. Municipal Mayor Rezaul Karim Swapan. President of Church of God High School Rev. Tapan Kumar Barman presided over the programme.. Headmaster Sahidar Rahman delivered the welcome speech. The school was established in 1946.
It was attended by the current and former students of the school, teachers, members of the Christian community and invited persons.
