Chanchal, Faria pair up for Eid drama

Sheikh Arif Bulbon :
National Film Award winning actor Chanchal Chowdhury is working selectively for coming Eid-ul-Azha. In Eid-ul-Fitr, he was very much selective while acting in telefilms and dramas. He wants to work in those projects which have good budget, story and role as he can concentrate to acting properly. Chanchal last worked under talented director and playwright Ezaz Munna’s serial Shohorali. On the occasion of coming
Eid to telecast on NTV, he again acted in a special
drama titled Darkly Roasted Coffee under same director’s direction. Faria Shahrin acted against Chanchal in
this drama which shooting was wrapped up in
Uttara’s different locations on June 30.
While talking about acting in the Eid drama Chanchal Chowdhury said, “Story of this drama is absolutely clear. Munna Bhai has many days’ experience in writing stories. From this point of view, he tried to make a
quality work for Eid. I can say that this drama is for those viewers who want to watch healthy dramas on
the screen. Munna Bhai does a little bit work now. But when he gives direction, he works sincerely. From that carefulness this drama has been made by Munna Bhai.”
Faria Shahrin is very much excited to star in the drama. She shared her feelings by this way, “Since
starting work in media I have heard the name of Ezaz Munna Bhai. But I could not get the scope to work under his direction. At last, I got the opportunity to star under his direction in this drama. For this reason, I am feeling lucky person now. Chanchal Bhai was my first work’s co-artiste. I always enjoy working with him because he is very much co-operative co-actor. I am
very much eager to watch the drama on the screen.”
Meanwhile, Chanchal Chowdhury has already
completed shooting of Dipu Hazra’s seven-episode Eid serial Mughal Family. Faria has already finished shooting of Md Robiul Shikder’s drama Sotti
Prem-er Mitthey Golpo for coming Eid.
