Players’ transfer window of BPL from Nov 12

The players’ transfer window of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will start from November 12 and come to an end on December 11.
The meeting of the Professional Football League Committee of Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) took this decision on Monday. Senior Vice-President of BFF and Chairman of the Professional Football League Committee Abdus Salam Murshedy presided over the meeting at the BFF House.
A club can enroll 35 footballers for the upcoming football meet. A total of five foreign footballers will register their names for a club while three foreign footballers will be allowed to play in a match for a club.
The next Under-18 Football Tournament will be held on Single League basis. All the clubs of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) are bound to take part in the Under-18 Football Competition. If any club fail to participate in the Competition then the club will be fined Tk 20,00,000 lakh. Besides, that club will not be allowed to take part in any foreign competition.
Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Limited and Dhaka Abahani Limited will take part in the King’s Cup scheduled to be held in Bhutan.
The committee also decided that the fate of the Super Cup 2014 will be decided in the next meeting.
