3 Rohingyas held in Jashore
UNB, Jashore :
Police detained three Rohingyas from Rajarhat and Chanchra Madhyapara area in Sadar upazila on Saturday night. The arrestees are-Jewel, 30, Shahid, 30 and Rene Chowdhury, 32.
Harun-or-Rashid, Sub-Inspector of Chanchra Police outpost, said that locals caught Rene Chowdhury from Chanchra Madhyapara area around 10:30 pm and gave him a good thrashing suspecting him a kidnapper.
Later, he was handed over to police.
During primary interrogation, he informed police

Amir Hossain, sub-inspector of Kotwali Police Station, said that locals caught Jewel and Shahid from Ramnagar Picnic Corner area around 10:30pm and gave them a good thrashing them as they did not give any proper answer about their identity.
Later, police rescued them and admitted to Jashore General Hospital.
