Suspected terrorist killed in Ctg

A suspected terrorist was lynched at Pahartali Bazar in Double Mooring Thana of Chattogram city on Monday.
The deceased was identified as Mohiuddin Sohel, 35. He was a listed drug trader in Khulshi area and an activist of a student front. He used to collect toll from different traders of the bazaar, claimed local businessmen.
Mohiuddin Selim, Officer in-Charge (OC) of Double Mooring Police Station confirmed the matter to media.
The OC said Sohel locked into an altercation with the traders around 11:00am when he went to the bazaar to collect toll.
At one stage, the businessmen along with locals gave him a good beating, leaving him critically injured.
Sohel was taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) where duty doctors declared him dead.
