33rd AGM of CVO Petrochemical Refinery Ltd held

CVO Petrochemical Refinery Limited organised its 33rd annual general meeting (AGM) on its corporate office premises at Katalganj in Chattogram.
At the meeting, the shareholders approved 2.0 per cent cash dividend (except sponsors and directors) for the year 2017-18, says a statement. Shamsul Alam Shamim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, presided over the AGM.
The company’s Managing Director AHM Habib Ullah, Directors Md Amin and Mohammad Mohsin Saki, Deputy Managing Director Nizam Uddin Mahmood Hossain, Chief Technical Advisor Engr. AFM Ishaque, Independent Director Morshedul Alam Quaderi, Company Secretary Mowin Hossain joined the meeting.
The shareholders also discussed overall aspects of the company and emphasised the need to continue the success of the company in the future.
