Miscreants hack BCL activist at CU

Miscreants yesterday hacked a BCL activist named Sajjadul Islam Shaon in Chittagong University.
This incident happened at the University Botanical Garden area on Saturday evening.
According to sources, Shaon went to the Botanical Garden area with a girlfriend on Saturday evening .The miscreants hurled him with sharp weapons in the head and body parts and left him in the sport. Later, his girlfriend rescued him and took him to Chittagong University Medical Center. Since his condition was serious, doctors transferred him to Chittagong Medical College.
Sajjadul Islam Shaon is a student of the Department of Philosophy under 2017-18 session and also an activist BCL CU unit. He is known as the follower of Abu Sayeed .
Meanwhile, a section of the Bangladesh Chhatra League(BCL) activists ,follower of Abu Sayeed, locked the university’s main gate and halted The university’s shuttle train for twenty minutes demanding arrest and punishment of miscreants at around 9:00 pm .
Tipu Sultan, a physician of CU Medical Center, said that he was serious injured by sharp weapons on the head and legs . He was sent to Chittagong Medical College with primary treatment.
University Assistant Proctor Liton Mitra said that in the interest of the safety of students, they are barred not to go to those areas after 7pm. Even then, those who do not follow the instruction, they are facing this problem.we have got an allegation on the incident and directed police to take action.
Belal Uddin Jahangir, officer in charge of Hathazari Model Thana, said that university authorities informed us about the incident .Police is trying to arrest the miscreants. No case is filed in the incident.
