Sheikh Jamal Badminton tournament ends in Jamalpur

BSS, Jamaalpur :
The final match of Sheikh Jamal Badminton tournament was held at Islampur upazila livestock office premises in the district on Friday night.
Islampur upazila team won the tournament beating Dewanganj upazila team.
Local Lawmaker Faridul Haque Khan Dulal witnessed the final match and distributed trophies among the champion and runner up teams as the chief guest.
Officer-in-charge of local police station Shahinuzzaman Khan, Zila Parishad Member Afroza Aktar, former Upazila Parishad chairman Abdul Bari Mondal, local Awami League Leader Advocate Zamal Abdul Naser were present.
A total of 16 teams took part in the tournament in double and single race.
