Arup Ratan Chowdhury to make movie again

Freedom fighter Prof Dr Arup Ratan Chowdhury is making movie again. In New Year, he will start to make new movie. Title of the movie is Matir Taaney. He has written its story, script and dialogue. He has already finished to prepare its script.
While talking about his new movie Dr Arup Ratan said, “There are many freedom fighters who are believers of Bangabandhu. From that point of view concept of my new movie is also based on a freedom fighter. That freedom fighter will encourage the new generation to know about the background history of our independence. As a free fighter, I will make the movie from my own view. I hope new generation will get beneficiary from this movie.”
Last year Dr Arup Ratan got the Ekushey Award from the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for his contribution in the field of social welfare. This year his directed first movie Swargo Thekey Norok was released where Ferdous, Nipun, among others, acted.
In 1971, Arup Ratan joined in Swadhin Bangla Betar Kendra. Recently the government announced many ‘sound soldiers’ as freedom fighters for their contribution during the liberation war.
