Entertainment Report :
Many students lost their lives in the anti-discrimination student  movement, and many others were injured and are now lying in hospital beds. Many of them are deprived of good treatment due to lack
of capacity. Singer Asif Akbar and director Mostafa Sarwar Farooki called to stand beside the injured.
Asif Akbar informed about taking initiative of concert for their treatment. He recently wrote on Facebook, “The exact list of the martyrs of the anti-discrimination student movement is not yet available. Bullet-injured students are still crying in different hospitals of the country. The interim government is surely working on this. There are many who cannot afford treatment, but need good treatment. Among the rich bands of Bangladesh there is a table of professionalism. They know how to earn from concerts. We solo artistes can also fundraise through concerts. Need proper management. If the people of the country are involved in the treatment of the injured students through the concert, they will also participate spontaneously. After the departure of the tyrant, the country will once again be full of youth.”
However, Asif Akbar did not give any detailed theory about the concert.
Meanwhile, Mostafa Sarwar Farooki called upon the businessmen to come forward to treat the injured students.
He wrote on Facebook yesterday, “A call to the business community of Bangladesh, you come forward to treat the injured in the July Revolution. Spend here to reduce the cost of advertising and image building. You will have a deep place in the hearts of the people of Bangladesh, which thousands of marketing strategies cannot give.”
Farooki also gave an outline of standing by the injured people. He wrote, “Together to create a fund on an emergency basis, for the medical assistance of the injured in the July revolution. It can be handed over to a central cell, from where the treatment and drug costs of patients in all hospitals in Bangladesh will be centrally managed. There may also be contributions from the government. Later may be added money recovered from bank robbers like S Alam and Beximco. We also want to contribute to the fund. Government officials should be proactive about this. It is our duty to serve those who sacrifice this freedom.”
