Singer Mila Islam is living a single life after her breakup in 2018.
In a recent interview, she jokingly said, she is looking for a bride for marriage. But she can’t find anyone she likes. Her comments went viral on social media.

The matter did not escape Mila’s attention. The singer then shared a screenshot of the news on social media, saying that she had made the comment about the marriage merely as a joke. Her thoughts now are not on marriage, but on her career.
Mila wrote on Facebook, “I was asked a question in an interview and I gave that answer in a joking manner. It’s nothing to be taken seriously. I saw that various media outlets were making headlines about marriage. I’m not thinking about marriage right now, I’m thinking about my career. When I think about it, I will tell you about it. I would request all journalists not to present that topic. I’m doing a lot of new work, doing a lot of concerts; I hope you’ll wish me luck for my career instead of praying for my marriage.”
In 2017, singer Mila married SM Parvez Sanjari as per her family’s choice. They separated in 2018. Mila didn’t marry again after that.
In a recent interview, when asked about marriage, Mila said, “I have been waiting for a long time, why doesn’t anyone ask me if you’ve been in love. When are you getting married?” Then Mila said, “I can’t find a son for myself.”
She also explained why she can’t find a son after seven years of separation.
The singer said, “There could be two reasons. One, I’m back at work, and two, it’s hard for me to find love on my own because I can’t make time for it. Honestly, marriage is not important. Right now, I need a life partner who will understand me.”
In response to the question of what kind of partner she wants, Mila replied, “Right now, I need a life partner who will be my friend and understand me. If there is anyone like that, please send me a message. I want him to be good looking and handsome. He should also be responsible.”
