BMAMA members call on new FBCCI president: President of Bangladesh Motorcycle Assemblers & Manufecturers Association (BMAMA), and also chairman & managing director of Uttara Motors Ltd Matiur Rahman made a courtesy call with the newly-elected FBCCI president Mahbubul Alam. During his visit they discussed various issues related to business. Along with Rahman, he was accompanied by BMAMA member Biplob Kumar Roy, CEO, TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd, Shigeru Matsuzaki, MD & CEO, Bangladesh Honda Private Ltd, Mohiuddin Ahmed, MD, Rupsha Trading Corp, Kawsar Ahmed, director at Rupsha Trading, Shamsul Bashar, director at Rasel Industries, and Mohammad Saiful Islam, GM, ACI Motors Ltd. The president of BMAMA, on behalf of the association, thanked the newly elected FBCCI president and hoped that under his strong leadership, the country’s top business organization would become more vibrant and create a conducive environment for businessmen.

Midland Bank wins at the ‘Visa Excellence Award’: Midland Bank Ltd (MDB) achieved “Excellence in Prepaid Cards (Associate Member)” in the categories of “Visa Excellence Award” held at a hotel in the capital recently. Visa organized the program named “Visa Leadership Conclave 2023”, with the tagline “Towards a Cashless, Smart Bangladesh.” Md. Zahid Hossain, managing director (current charge) of Midland Bank received the award from Planning Minister MA Mannan MP. Among others, Md Rashed Akter, head of retail distributions division, and Md Abed-Ur-Rahman, head of cards of the bank, were present.
