PICL holds its 27th AGM: The 27th Annual General Meeting of Prime Insurance Company Limited (PICL) was held through virtually on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Suzadur Rahman. The AGM approved 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. Executive Committee Chairman Mohd. Showkat Ali, Audit Committee Chairman Md. Akter Hossain Sannamat, Claim and Re-Insurance Committee Chairman Mohammad Abdullah, Investment Committee Chairman ANM Shahidul Haque, Independent Director Md. Nurul Islam Mollah, CEO Abdul Hamid, Chief Consultant KM Saidur Rahman and Company Secretary Mahmudhul Hasan, were present.

Southeast Bank wins ‘Excellence in Product Innovation’ award from Visa: Southeast Bank recently obtained a Visa award for “Excellence in Product Innovation” at the ‘Visa Leadership Conclave 2023’ ceremony. The award was presented to Nuruddin Md Sadeque Hossain, managing director of Southeast Bank Limited, by Motasim Billah, director of Bangladesh Bank’s Payment Systems Department (PSD). Abidur Rahman Chowdhury, deputy managing director, Southeast Bank Limited, Soumya Basu, Visa country head and other senior executives from both the organizations were also present at the ceremony.
