Former footballer Aminul Haque, 15 others join BNP

Former captain of Bangladesh National Football Team Aminul Haque on Wednesday formally joined the BNP through handing over bouquet to BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia.
The joining function was held at the BNP chairperson’s Gulshan office in the city. BNP senior leaders also attended the function. Among them, the party acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, chairperson’s advisers Dr M Osman Faruk and Fazlur Rahman Patal.
Aminul Haque joined the party along with 15 other players and sports organisers. Among them, footballers Imtiaz Ahmed Nakib, Masud Rana, Mizanur Rahman Don, Enamul Haque, Mezbah Uddin, Ziaur Rahman and Arup Kumar. Badminton player Rasel Kabir Sumon and sports organisers Kazi Shamim Tarek, Salahuddin Haider Khokon, Ziaur Rahman Tapu, Masud Karim and Bazlur Rahman.
