Blind cricket team accorded reception

Deputy Speaker of Parliament M Fazle Rabbi Miah, MP gave a warm reception to the players and officials of Bangladesh blind cricket team, which emerged champions in the Tribongio Moitry T20 Blind Cricket tournament 2015 held in Kolkata, India.
The reception ceremony was held at the IPD conference hall of National Parliament of Minister Hostel on Wednesday.
Pranab Chakraborty, Additional Secretary of Bangladesh Parliament Secretariat, presided over the reception ceremony.
“It is a very matter of pleasure that the blind cricket team make the country’s image bright by emerging champion in the such kind of international cricket tournament and I hope they (blind cricket team) will be able to bring more success for the country in international cricket in near future,” said Parliament Deputy Speaker M Fazle Rabbi Miah in the reception ceremony.
“I also wish continual success of the team and try my best to extend cooperation for their development and progress,” he added.
It can be mention that Visual Imperial Cricket Association of Bengal organized the two-day T20 Blind Cricket tournament in Kolkata’s Eden Garden.
Bangladesh blind cricket team and West Bengal’s North and West Bengal cricket teams took part in the tournament.
Bangladesh Blind Cricket Team (BBCT) director admin Syed Kamrul Islam, BBCT chairman Harun Rashid Babu, blind cricket team manager M Tajuddin, team coach Sanowar Ahmed and team captain M Hafizur Rahman Bulet, were among others, also present in the reception ceremony.
