Midland Bank holds 200th EC meeting

Midland Bank PLC. convened its 200th Executive Committee meeting of the Board of Directors recently.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Rezaul Karim, Chairman of the Executive Committee. Master Abul Kashem, a Member of the Executive Committee and Sponsor Director of the Bank, was also in attendance.

Other attendees included Imtiaz U. Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO of Midland Bank PLC.; Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer; and Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Technology Officer.

The Executive Committee engaged in discussions concerning various critical strategic and operational issues.

Key areas of focus included enhancing the Bank’s overall performance, upholding good governance, and fostering sustainable business growth.

This 200th meeting represents a significant milestone in the Bank’s ongoing commitment to achieving its strategic objectives and maintaining operational excellence.
