79th meeting of Exim Islami Investment held

Exim Islami Investment Limited (EIIL) Chairman Mohammed Ahsan Habib Chowdhury, FCA, presides over the company's 79th Board of Directors meeting at the Head Office of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC in Dhaka on Thursday. Sammilito Islami Bank PLC Managing Director and EIIL Director Abedur Rahman Sikder, EIIL Independent Director Mohammad Shibbir Hossain, FCA, and EIIL Chief Executive Officer Md. Monjurul Alam, among others, were present at the meeting.

The 79th meeting of Exim Islami Investment Limited (EIIL), a subsidiary of state-owned Shariah-based Sammilito Islami Bank PLC, was held at the bank’s Head Office on 15 October 2026.

The meeting was chaired by Mohammed Ahsan Habib Chowdhury, FCA, Chairman of the board of Director of EIIL, according to a media release.

Also present at the meeting were Abedur Rahman Sikder, Managing Director of Sammilito Islami Bank PLC and Director of EIIL Mohammad Shibbir Hossain, FCA, Independent Director of EIIL, Md. Monjurul Alam, Chief Executive Officer of EIIL, Shiekh Mohammad Alamgir Kamal, Deputy Head of EILL and Abu Naser Mohammad Nurullah Talukder, Company Secretary of EILL.
