Shahjalal Islami Bank holds 414th board meeting

The 414thmeeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mohammed Younus. The meeting reviewed the overall banking activities and approved a number of investment proposals.

Among others the Directors of the Bank Md. SanaullahShahid, Akkas Uddin Mollah, KhandakerShakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Fakir Maniruzzaman, the Independent Directors Md. Reazul Karim and Muallem A Choudhurywere present in the meeting.

Besides, the Managing Director Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
