Humaiun Kobir leads Bangladesh delegation to CICA summit in Baku

State Minister for Foreign Affairs Humaiun Kobir is leading a Bangladesh delegation to the 7th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA), scheduled to begin in Baku, Azerbaijan, on 15 October, according to a foreign ministry press release issued on Wednesday.

The press release said Humaiun attended a gala dinner hosted by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at Gulustan Palace this evening, where he met and greeted heads of state and government and ministers attending the summit.

The summit’s plenary session will be held at the Baku Convention Centre tomorrow, where the state minister is scheduled to deliver a speech, according to the release.
