Month-long entrepreneurship dev program by Bank Asia, BB concludes

Mohammad Wasim, Deputy Program Director, PIU (SICIP), Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank, and Mohammad Saifuddowla, Head of MSME, Bank Asia, attend the closing program as Guest of Honor and distribute certificates among the participants at the Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development (BAITD), Lalmatia, in the city on Tuesday.

Bank Asia PLC organised a month-long ‘Entrepreneurship Development Programme’ under the Skills for Industry Competitiveness and Innovation Development (SICIP) project, financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and implemented by the Finance Division of the Ministry of Finance, under the overall supervision of the SME & Special Programmes Department of Bangladesh Bank.

Upon successful completion of the month-long training programme, certificates were distributed among the participants on Tuesday at the Bank Asia Institute for Training and Development (BAITD), Lalmatia, in the city.

Mohammad Wasim, Deputy Program Director,PIU (SICIP) and Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank, and Mohammad Saifuddowla, Head ofMSME, Bank Asia, attended the program as Guest of Honor.

The month-long programme provided entrepreneurs with essential training on various aspects of business operations, management, financial planning, market management, and business expansion.

The programme is expected to enhance the participants’ entrepreneurial and managerial capabilities, enabling them to operate and expand their businesses successfully, create new employment opportunities and contribute to the country’s overall economic development.
