Standard Islami Bank holds 434th board meeting

434th board meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held on Tuesday at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, in the city.

Chairman of the Bank, Mr Ferozur Rahman, presided over the meeting, according to a press release.
It was attended by Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, S A MD Hossain, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Al-haj Mohammed Shamsul Alam, Ferdous Ali Khan, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed.

Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank, attended the meeting.

Riad Mahmud Chowdhury, Managing Director; Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Additional Managing Director; Md. Jabedul Alam, Deputy Managing Director and Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary of the Bank, were also present at the meeting.
