Bengal Commercial Bank declares 4.50pc dividend

Bengal Commercial Bank held its sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) recently at a hotel in the city , approving a 4.50 per cent dividend for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The AGM approved the bank’s financial statements, audited balance sheet, and profit and loss accounts, according to a media release.

Bengal Commercial Bank Board of Directors Chairman Md Jashim Uddin presided over the meeting.

Bank Vice-Chairman Engineer Ghulam Mohammed Alomgir attended the meeting along with other directors and sponsor shareholders.

Bengal Commercial Bank Managing Director KM Awlad Hossain attended the AGM.

Additional Managing Director and CBO Nasim Sekander also joined the meeting along with deputy managing directors and other senior officials of the bank.
