Pubali Bank donates bus to Netrokona University

Pubali Bank PLC donated a bus to Netrokona University providing safe, convenient transportation for students as part of its support for education, human resource development, and social responsibility.

Bank’s Managing Director Mohammad Ali handed over the bus key to Netrokona University Vice Chancellor Professor Dr Md Khaleduzzaman at a ceremony in the conference room of Netrokona Technical Training Centre (TTC), according to a media release.

Pubali Bank Deputy General Manager and Head of the Mymensingh Region, Mohammad Homayun Miah, attended as the special guest.

Netrokona University Transport Director Muhammad Saiful Islam presided over the ceremony.
Netrokona TTC Vice Principal and Acting Principal Engr Gias Uddin Ahmed, along with senior officials from the university and the bank, was also present.

Professor Dr Md Khaleduzzaman thanked Pubali Bank for the initiative, saying the bus would help strengthen transportation facilities for students.

Mohammad Ali reaffirmed the bank’s commitment to supporting education and human resource development. He expressed hope that the initiative would contribute to students’ education and overall development.

The bank said it remained committed to supporting education and contributing to sustainable and inclusive development alongside its banking activities.
