Islami Bank holds 43th AGM
Mohammad Zahir Hussain, Chairman of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, presides over the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank held at Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital on Wednesday. Md. Altaf Hossain, Managing Director (Acting), Mufti Shamsuddin Zia, Chairman of Shari'ah Supervisory Committee, Dr. M Kamal Uddin Jasim, Additional Managing Director, Md. Habibur Rahman, Company Secretary, and local shareholders were present.
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC approved its financial statements for the year ended 2025 at its 43rd annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday.
The bank’s Chairman, Mohammad Zahir Hussain, presided over the meeting at Kurmitola Golf Club in the capital, according to a press release.
Acting Managing Director Md Altaf Hossain, Chairman of the Shariah Supervisory Committee Mufti Shamsuddin Zia, Additional Managing Director Dr M Kamal Uddin Jasim, and Company Secretary Md Habibur Rahman attended the meeting with a significant number of local shareholders.
