NRBC Bank begins foundation training for MTOs

NRBC Bank PLC has launched a 40-day foundation training program for its Management Trainee Officers (MTOs).

The training program was inaugurated on Sunday, at the Human Resources Training & Development Centre (HRTDC) of the Bank.

A total of 40 MTOs are participating in this comprehensive training program designed to shape the next generation of banking leaders.

NRBC Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, attended the inaugural program as the chief guest.

Fahmida Chowdhury, Head of HRTDC, presided over the program.
