Bay Leasing holds 30th AGM

Bay Leasing & Investment Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting through hybrid method on Thursday, with physical presence at DSE Multipurpose Hall, DSE Tower, in the city.

Fatema Zahir Majumder, Chairperson of the company, presided over the AGM while Mohammad Rashedul Islam, Managing Director (CC), gave a presentation on the company’s operations.

Directors, sponsors and a large number of shareholders joined the AGM physically and virtually.
