Elina Shammi seriously injured after falling from auto-rickshaw

Actress Elina Shammi was seriously injured in a battery-powered auto-rickshaw accident. She reported the accident on her Facebook post on Thursday afternoon.

She suffered injuries to her head and forehead in the accident and had to get 15 stitches in total, the actress said.

Shammi said that she had gone out to buy some things needed for shooting on Wednesday evening. At that time, she got into a battery-powered auto-rickshaw.

However, she also mentioned that she felt a kind of restlessness as soon as she got into the vehicle.

Describing the accident, the actress wrote, “Mama, go slowly – I told the driver repeatedly, but he did not listen.

At one point, when it was moving at high speed, a stone or brick fell under the wheels, and the auto-rickshaw lost its balance.

As a result, the driver was thrown to one side and I fell on the road. At the same time, a rickshaw also fell on me.”

She suffered serious injuries to her forehead and the front of her head in the accident.

In her post, Shammi wrote, “The screw from the rickshaw wheel probably tore my forehead, crushing the front of my head! Blood spurted out like water coming out of a broken glass jar.”

The injured actress took another rickshaw to the hospital, carrying her handbag. After treatment, she received a total of 15 stitches for both wounds.
