Enamul, Elias re-elected chairman, vice-chairman of Federal Ins

Enamul Hoq has been re-elected chairman of Federal Insurance PLC during the company’s board meeting held recently.

In the meeting, Elias Siddiquee was re-elected vice-chairman, according to a media release.
Meanwhile, Jainul Abedin Jamal was re-elected chairman of executive committee, Md Mahfuzur Rahman chairman of nomination and remuneration committee and policyholder protection and compliance committee, Md Giash Uddin chairman of audit and risk management committee, Abeda Akhter chairperson of investment committee.

Besides Jainul Abedin Jamal was elected chairman of the claims committee in the same meeting.
Enamul Hoq, a senate member of the University of Chittagong, serves as chairman of Eden Multi-care Hospital Limited and Paradise Corporation (Pvt) Limited.

He is also vice-chairman of Sinobangla Industries Limited, a joint venture with China, and serves as a director of Central Hospital Limited.

In addition, he serves as an advisor to Dutch-Bangla Pack Limited, a joint venture with the Netherlands.
