Bank Asia, DHS Autos partner to offer auto loans

Bank Asia PLC and DHS Autos Limited have signed an agreement to provide auto loan facilities to prospective vehicle buyers, according to a press release.

Under the partnership, DHS Autos customers can access Bank Asia’s auto loans at competitive interest rates.

The companies will also conduct joint marketing initiatives, customer engagement programmes and promotional activities.

The companies signed the agreement on recently at Rangs Babylonia Building in Dhaka’s Tejgaon Industrial Area.

Bank Asia Executive Vice President and Head of Asset at the Retail Banking Division Md Zahed Chowdhury and DHS Autos Chief Operating Officer Shihab Ahmed signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

The companies said the partnership would simplify access to vehicle financing and strengthen their institutional relationship.

They also expect the collaboration to support growth in Bangladesh’s automotive and financial services sectors.
